Why did you choose this treatment?
I had the trial treatment and felt that it would help to reduce the waist size ie. Muffin top.

Yes, it is essential to do 30mins exercise after the treatment and to drink plenty of water.
What was the most difficult part of the treatment for you?
Actually getting into the stocking suit for the endermologie!!! But I really enjoyed having the treatments.
Who would you recommend this treatment to?
Anyone with increased waist size but they must be able to exercise afterwards.
What other things did you do to help achieve the results you got?
Watched my diet for the 4 weeks. Having the I-lipo twice a week kept me motivated.
