Guinot Crown Award
Pure Escape scoops Best Customer Service Award.
Friday 29th May 2009 seen Pure Escape be nominated and short listed for not just one award but 3 in the gala event held by Fingal Dublin Chamber in the Crown Plaza in Santry.
Sandra Masterson, Managing Director, and the team where delighted to pick up the Best Customer Service Award for their excellence in customer service. Sandra says “This is a massive achievement this year for us, as are business has been hit extremely hard with the way the economy has gone. It is a great recognition for all the team as we strive really hard to provide the best customer service and always try to exceed our customers expectations”.
Sandra was accompanied on the night by Salon Manager Tara Kelly and her 2 top therapists Michelle English and Jennifer Fitzsimons. Tara quoted “ This award we will cherish and it really motivates the team. Its really nice to have all the hard work recognised. One big part to our success is constant staff training to help maintain high standards at all times”
