YOUR APPOINTMENT

To maximise your experience, we ask you to arrive at least 15mins before your appointment

time. This “time” will be used for your personal consultation and for you to relax into our

surroundings.

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment. All appointments will end at their scheduled

time so that the next guest will not be delayed and a full charge will be applied.

PHONE POLICY

In order that you benefit fully from your relaxation time with us and as a courtesy to other

clients we ask that mobile phones be switched off during your visit to Pure Escape.

CHILDREN POLICY

In the interest of health and safety please understand we cannot accommodate children

under 16 years for treatment or on the premises at anytime.

COURSE POLICY

To receive course discounts full payment is required on first treatment and all courses are

valid for 6 months from date of first treatment received.

CANCELATION POLICY

Credit card details, Pure Escape gift voucher number or a 50% deposit is required to secure

an appointment. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested

to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice or 50% of the treatment will be charged. A

minimum of 14 days notice is required to cancel a group of 6 persons or more.

SPA ATTIRE

During day and half day spa packages, you will be provided with a robe and slippers to

wear between treatments and a locker for your personal belongings. Pure Escape are

not responsible for lost items. For your comfort undergarments may be worn during

treatments. Swim wear to be worn for Balneotherapy treatments.

HEALTH MATTERS

When booking an appointment please inform us of any health conditions. This includes

high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, varicose veins or pregnancy. This ensures no

disappointment when the treatment cannot be performed.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Can be purchased on the premises, through the gift voucher shop, post office, online at our

website or by phone. All vouchers are valid for 6 months and terms and conditions apply.

FEEDBACK

Please communicate to your assigned therapist, your specific expections, both before and

during the treatment (if necessary) so that they can target your specific needs (whether it

be more extensive extractions, deeper massage, square or round nail shape etc.) Our aim

is to make your visit to Pure Escape enjoyable. Please give us your feedback on your Pure
